“On behalf of everyone at Collingwood, I want to warmly welcome our six new additions to the black and white family and congratulate them on their draft selection,” Burger said.

“With our first selection, Imogen offers tremendous speed, contest and character and will join our Club off the back of captaining the South Australian side.

“We welcome local products Amy and Josephine. Amy displays silky skills and impressive footy IQ, offering outstanding drive off the halfback and wing. Key utility Josephine, who stands at 182cm, competes all over the ground with her follow-up as her signature feature.

“With our fourth selection, Tasmanian Mischa is a lively forward who has natural football instincts and provides immense pressure in the front half.

“Matilda and Zara cap off our draft hand. Matilda’s is an ultra competitor and her left and right boot soon to be on show. The Oakleigh product, Zara is a composed defender and will pair well with good friend Lucy Cronin.

“Imogen, Matilda, Josephine and Zara have all impressed throughout their seasons, seeing them be recognised at the league level as All-Australians. They will be exciting additions to our program.

“Each of these players will add immensely to our program and we’re looking forward to seeing them grow and make their mark.”
