Collingwood’s Head of High Performance Jarrod Wade has provided an injury and health update ahead of Collingwood’s Round 9 match against Geelong on Saturday night at the MCG.

Harry DeMattia will be available for selection this week after completing his rehab for a back stress reaction.
Beau McCreery
Beau McCreery will be available for selection after missing the Round 8 clash with Hawthorn due to general soreness.

Darcy Cameron
Darcy Cameron sustained a low-grade ankle injury in Thursday’s match against Hawthorn. Scans cleared Cameron of any structural damage. His availability for Round 9 will be determined following Thursday’s main training.

Joel Cochran
Joel Cochran sustained a Grade 3 AC joint injury at training last week. He will undergo surgery this week, with a typical return to play timeline of four to six weeks post-surgery.
Reef McInnes
Reef McInnes will undergo reconstruction surgery this week to repair his ACL before commencing his rehabilitation program.
Tim Membrey
Tim Membrey is progressing well through his hamstring rehabilitation, returning to running and completing light skills. Membrey is expected to be available for selection in two to three weeks.
Harry Perryman
Harry Perryman sustained a hamstring injury in the second quarter of Collingwood’s game against Hawthorn. Scans have confirmed a moderate grade hamstring injury. He will commence a rehabilitation program with the aim to return to play in four to five weeks.
Lachie Sullivan
Lachie Sullivan has entered protocols after he sustained a concussion in Friday’s VFL game against Box Hill.
