Just one year ago, 21-year-old rookie Jack Frost was laid low by a serious knee injury and with no guarantees as to what lay ahead.
A lot can happen in twelve months, as Frost explains on tonight’s episode of The Club on Fox Footy.
Injuries to senior teammates and a diligent approach to training opened the door for Frost to take his place at full back against the Dockers in round one.
While his team sunk to a 70-point loss, Frost’s own form was enough for him to hold his place in the senior side. In the weeks since, he has grown in confidence and stature on the last line of defence and, right now, is one of the side’s most important players.
