A Wizard in Aus
Support the N.I.C.K Foundation and get along to A Wizard in Aus next month.
But a wizard of a different kind takes centre stage in the N.I.C.K Foundation Players’ new A Wizard in Aus production that plays over two days at the Union Theatre at the University of Melbourne starting on 2 March.
Written by and starring several young talented performing artists, the show supports the N.I.C.K Foundation. It is an organisation close to Collingwood’s heart, as it was born from the tragic death of Nick Buttifant, the son of Collingwood’s Sport Science Director David Buttifant, in February 2009.
The N.I.C.K Foundation seeks to instill hope in the youth of today, with several workshops and presentations based on sharing personal experiences and developing the resilience to overcome life’s challenges.
Three shows will play across Friday 2 and Saturday 3 March. Tickets to A Wizard In Aus are available on the N.I.C.K Foundation website.
