Andy Otten

Otten will begin his first year as a Senior Coach in 2025, taking over the reins of the Club’s VFL side from Josh Fraser.

After playing 109 games for the Adelaide Crows between 2008-19, the former defender quickly moved into coaching.

He begun that journey at the Box Hill Hawks, working closely in 2021 with the Pies’ current AFL Senior Coach Craig McCrae there, before joining the Pies at the end of 2022.

Otten spent 2023-24 as a development coach and assistant coach in the VFL, largely working with the midfield group, before he was appointed as VFL Senior Coach ahead of season 2025.
