Chloe McMillan

McMillan has worked in coaching for close to a decade, rising up the ranks to become one of the Club’s most trusted coaches.

Beginning her career with the Dandenong Stingrays Youth Girls side back in 2016, McMillan then joined the Pies as a development coach the following year ahead of the AFLW’s inception.

She continued to build out her resume during the inaugural years of the AFLW, before taking the reins as Senior Coach of the Pies’ VFLW side in 2020.

In 2022, McMIllan was selected for the AFL’s Women’s Coach Acceleration Program, offering her the opportunity to step into the men’s space for the first time.

Since 2022, McMillan has worked as a development coach for the Pies’ AFL side, and is the Midfield Coach for the Club’s VFL team in 2025.
